Haady Lashkari is the Chief Administrative Officer for Ojai Valley Community Hospital since 2011 and Vice President with Community Memorial Health System since 2001.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives with degrees in Sociology and Communications. He is a father of 3, married to wife Anita, having moved to the Valley in 2012.
Haady is active in Ojai Rotary, supporting multiple charitable projects. He has served as Chairman of the Walk to End Alzheimer's Disease. In his role of OVCH Administrator, he has shepharded construction of the Continuing Care Center behind the hospital, worked to provide specialized care and advanced technology, and has worked with staff and community to improve the health of Ojai residents.
Judy and Arthur Vander

What a dynamic duo!
Judy has been a Music Branch Member of the Ojai Center for the Arts. She and her husband, Arthur found there were no chamber music concerts which they loved. They created a series for the Ojai Art Center, seeking outstanding classical musicians from the Southland. The programs draw a standing room only attendance.
Judy is also a board member of the BRAVO! music education program, board member of the Ojai Youth Opera, member of the Ojai Community Chorus, volunteer with the Holiday Home Look-In, member of the Ojai Women's fund, and the list goes on.
Arthur has been a volunteer and docent, leading guided tours for the Ojai Valley Land Conservancy. He is a member of the Ojai Valley Library Friends and Foundaion. He is a board member of the Ojai Film Society. He has organized special science programs at Nordhoff HS and has presented lectures in current trends in medicine and biology to various local groups such as Rotary and the Hospital Foundation. He is a volunteer with the Ojai Tennis Tournament since coming to Ojai.
Katherine Broesamle

Kathy and her husband, Living Treasure John Broesamle, have lived in the Ojai Valley for nearly 35 years. Kathy retired from the Ojai Unified School District after a rewarding career as a speech therapist.
Kathy's passions center around music education and the environment.
Kathy has volunteered for nearly 13 years with Education Through Music and with the Ojai Music Festival's BRAVO! program. In 2008 she began volunteering at Noah's Ark Preschool and Topa Topa Elementary School, and San Antonio Elementary School, to ensure that preschool and primary grade students received the Education Through Music curriculum.
For the environment, Kathy served as volunteer event coordinator for the Ojai Valley Land Conservancy (OVLC)for more than a decade including Moonlight on the Meadow fundraiser. She has also played a pivotal role in OVLC land acquisitions, the Ojai Valley Defense Fund to ensure the environmental challeges in the Valley are met, and SOAR campaigns to protect farmland and open space. She also serves as conservation writer for the local chapter of the Daughter of the American Revolution.
Roger Essick

Roger Essick has resided in the Ojai Valley for over 40 years, raising a family and managing many citrus and avocado orchards in the Valley.
In that time he has helped in the formation and growth of the Ojai Land Conservancy, serving as Chairman.
He lives in Hermitage Ranch where he also manages the Hermitage Water System and is active in Ojai water issues. He looks forward to helping to preserve Ojai's natural places for generations to come.
Severo Lara

Severo Lara is described as a model of service and passionate commitment to our community. While at Nordhoff HS, he founded the Ojai Valley Youth Foundation. He has continued to serve in many local leadership roles. Help of Ojai, Ojai Valley Museum, Ojai Valley Green Coalition, Ojai Valley Hospital Foundation, City Council (served as mayor), and the list goes on.
He has a passionate commitment to fostering environmental health of the community as well as recognizing and nurturing multicultural inclusion.
Tiarzha Taylor and Danny Everett

Tiarzha and Danny are longtime Ojai residents, whose talents and big hearts improve the lives of many in the Ojai Valley.
They are best known for their longtime involvement with the Ojai Roadrunners where Danny, a former Olympic Gold Medialist in Track and Field, currently serves as president.
Danny is a chef with a catering company. He is interested in promoting healthy eating and organic agriculture. He was named Ojai Unified School District Volunteer of the Year in 2013. He has coached Nordhoff track and field teams, participated in the Ojai Tennis Tournament.
Tiarzha is described as passionate, engaged, and tireless in her volunteer work. She works as Director of Stewardship at Cate School. She has had leadership roles in the Ojai Roadrunners, Ojai Educational Foundation, the Ojai Valley Community Hospital Foundation, the Ojai Women's Fund and co-chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Task Force.
