Joline is the President and CEO of Independent Means, the leading worldwide provider of products and services for girls' economic development. Joline is also the country's leading expert on Y-Generation women and their economic empowerment. She is the author of "Our Wildest Dreams: Women Making Money, Doing Good, Having Fun" and "No More Frogs to Kiss: 99 Ways to Give Economic Power to Girls. Recently Joline also published, "Twenty Secrets to Independence: The Dollar Diva's Guide to Life".

Joline is willing to help young girls in entrepreneurship and to realize their ability to make money. She is also willing to work with or present to parents, "How to Raise Financially Fit Kids".

Paula Spellman

Paula is a nonfiction author, speech writer, literary consultant and public speaker. She graduated from the University of Southern California in 1964 with degrees in Speech Pathology and Elementary Education. She is
also a graduate of the Jefferson Institute of Business and is recognized as one of 2,000 Notable American Women.
Her extensive travel experience has led to a diverse background as a citizen diplomat in the former USSR; a participant in the Kazakh-American Research Project; and coordinator of the (then) Soviet Economic Development Program.
 
Paula will provide one-on-one mentoring to elementary age students interested in becoming writers.

Robert Buckingham, M.D.

Dr. Buckingham (Bob) has been a practicing physician in Ojai for 22 years and was Chief of Staff at the Ojai Valley Hospital from 1999 through 2000. He has been an active participant for the last 10 years in converting the hospital to a not for profit community hospital.  Bob has been married to Tracey for 18 years. They have two children, Tyler (14) and Lily (11). Bob has coached their various basketball and softball teams for the last 6 years.

Dr. Buckingham offers an introduction to interested youth on the practice of medicine in a community setting.  He is also willing to speak with adults regarding medical topics and questions of interest.
 
He plans to continue offering his coaching services in baseball, basketball and fast pitch softball. Bob is also offering to share the spiritual side of his life with audiences of all ages. He will share what that means to him in his daily life.

Shelia Cluff

Sheila is an internationally known fitness expert.  She is the founder and owner of two famous spas, The Oaks of Ojai and The Palms at Palm Springs Health and Fitness Spas. Sheila is the former star and host of her own fitness show, "Shape Up with Sheila" and was named "Woman of the Year" by the City of Hope Foundation. She is a founding member of the Committee of 200. She is a former Board Member of the International Spa Association and one of the 15 California representatives for the Governor's counsel on physical fitness. Most recently, Sheila was the recipient of the ISPA Visionary Award demonstrating her astuteness and dedication to the health and fitness industry. Sheila is the author of 4 books and has led more than 40 fitness and beauty cruises.
 
I will work with a team to provide school lectures covering all aspects of health, wellness, physical fitness and self esteem.
