BIOGRAPHY: The Tatroe's eighteen year marriage is a son centered family.  Holly has served as District Commissioner of The Boy Scouts of America for eight years, and Terry has been Scout master for five years.  Presently they are hosting a Brazilian youth through International Exchange Student.  Their son achieved his Eagle Scout Award in 1994.
